This Fall’s Pantone Color Trends

Pantone Fashion Report Fall 2011

Pantone Fashion Report Fall 2011

Want to know what is going to be hot this Fall Season?  Texture, contrast, and the above Pantone color scheme are the trends for this fall. Starting with: Bamboo yellow, Emberglow coral, and Honeysuckle pink. These colors are perfectly paired in jewelry using stones like exotic lemon citrine, warm apricot  citrine, and playful raspberry quartz, perfect in a statement necklace for fall. For a ‘wow’ effect, add dark amethyst the color of Phlox, for a mysterious flair of drama.

Where would we be without our fall neutrals? The colors Cedar green and Deep Teal are sophisticated when worn with the color Phlox or a unique counterpoint to the color Honeysuckle. As shown currently in our store window, we have chunky Phlox colored amethyst, multi-faucted Cedar green amethyst, Honeysuckle colored pink sapphire, and tiny Bamboo colored citrine all in one beautiful necklace by jewelry artist Barbara Smith.

Too much color for you?  Coffee Liqueur brown, Nougat tan, and Orchid Hush lavender, are all tones for the quieter at heart, subtle, and sophisticated woman.  Using these stayed tones and throwing in a little pizzazz with the color Quarry, you have contrast and a stunning calm palette with glamour.  I can see perfect statement necklace now:  smokey quartz pear shape briollettes, with accents of whiskey topaz rondelles, a shot of london blue and laborite thrown in for contrast, and tiny gold nuggets on beautiful gold chains. This necklace paired with a little black dress… you are now ready for the runway!
